Introduction
The word "trikon" means "triangle" and "asana" means "posture".
How to do
- Stand firmly with straight legs in Tadasana position.
- Move the legs about 3 to 4 feet from one another and the knees should be straight,then raise arms to the level of the shoulders.
3.Turn the right foot towards the right side and turn the left foot slightly to the right and lower the right palm and place the palm on the ground and raise the left hand upward, and see towards the left hands.
4.Hold the position for few minutes.
5. Then come back to the normal position.
6. Repeat the same on the opposite side.

- Strengthens the ankles, knees and shoulder.
- Spinal problems will also be cured.
- Also, helps to strengthen the muscles of the back,hips, and legs.
